Like every thing in life product can at times break down and when it does we want to know why, so it does not happen again. This is a very important part of our company because the feed back we get from here helps our sales team to do there job. A good example of this is the d-max dome, this is a great product it’s a camera which automatically goes on tour it can revolve through 360 degrees trough pre programmed targets at high speed and works very well, but we suddenly were experiencing problems with them which was highly unusual our repairs department quickly noticed that this particular dome camera was sensitive to vibration and the domes which gave problems were all mounted on poles with a diameter of 60mm at a height of 6 meters. They made recommendations to sales that this particular camera should not be mounted on any pole with a diameter lesser than 100mm or higher than 4 meters.
